Wireless- What does it mean when i have 92% link quality, but 0% signal strength

Nothing has changed that i know of. software/router/usb wireless card for desktop have all been the same, and nothing moved for the past 6 months.

Now, I get 0% signal strength, even thought my link quality is 92%.

My connection drops every 5 min now.

What's wrong, and how do i fix it? (serious answers please!)
