I need to set-up a webcam to wathc the construction of a building. We have been unable to get an internet connection in the building. I have a budget of about $1000 to complete the project. (The webcam and computer are already set-up.) There are 2 options for conecting to the internet. The easier one is maybe 1 1/2 miles away with some 10 story buildings in the way. The other is a block or 2 away and a clear shot. (Politics involved with the second location.) Whats going to be my best shot? Looked at 3com but hit $2000.
