wireless stereo headset for xbox 360

As an experienced css player on pc, I know that stereo and good sound is very important to pin-point enemy locations. Do you think a headset something like Text would do any good for games like halo 3 and cod4?

I have the wired version of these, the design is basically the same.

The sound is good, if a little bass heavy.

However, they are extremely uncomfortable to wear after an hour or so, the tension bar in the headstrap is just too springy and press the cups into your head. I tried leaving them on a basketball for a week but it didn't help.

If I could get an equivalent to my Sennheiser's I would be happy, I can wear those for hours on end with no comfort issues.

putting comfortableness aside, how is the sound, can you see the advantage in the game having stereo>?
