Wireless signal strength indicator

I was wondering if anyone knew any programs that can graphically reproduce wireless signal strength. I pretty much just want the same thing as the built in indicator in WinXP but resizable or smaller or something or maybe an add-on to coolmon. I've tried netstumbler but that's not exactly what i'm looking for, I want something that could be open all the time.
