Wireless setup help needed. mid-long range wireless

I have a customer that is looking to install wireless to share internet between 2 houses and his business(2 buildings) that are on the same property. The business is a machine shop which is about 300ft away from his house. His sister lives another 300ft on the other side of his house. He has 2 buildings for his business which are ~100ft apart adjacent to the house. Each building and house will need the ability to connect to the network. I believe each house will have at least one computer with upgrades in the future(kids) to add additional computers.

Ive researched and found cicso offers a wireless AP that will extend 18 miles?!?! is this possible? The pricing isnt that bad either ~600 bux.
What will i need to get this job done.

Another thing. If i install an AP in each house will the through put to the entire house be 10mb or whatever the max throughput is?> Or will each computer connected to that network get 10mb?

Well, Thats interesting, and I would do something like this at my home probably if needed, but 2 problems arise.

1-This guy has a great business going. Like 12 machinest work for him full time. It is a small operation, but at the same time he needs to stay lawful and not get into trouble.

2-The location is within 3 miles of a pretty good size airport. Greensboro airport. I think the FCC would find him faster than a fly finding a rotten banana if we done this.
