can anyone suggest a good tutorial for setting up wep security settings. every time i start to fool with it i lose my ability to connect. that makes me nervous so i tend to back out and go do something i'm comfortable with... checking email and such anyone know of a good place to start learning? thanks zz03

What is there to fool with, you set it in the Router.

And then in the client, if it does not work with the passphrase use the hex string.

Don't use WEP, use WPA, with a decently strong password. Perhaps a short string run together "jackandjillwentupthehill5551212" or something
