wireless security

At work we are using a MAC filter and WEP (I know, super old and easy to hack). We are looking to use PEAP or some secure mode of authenticating with a DC for access to wireless. One problem that I ran into trying PEAP was that if the user logs off then the connection is broken. I need the connection to stay on even if the user logs off. Is there another type of wireless security that would allow me to do this? I know WPA and WPA2 are always on even if user logs off.. but we need it to authenticate with their domain account.
