Wireless Router Suggestions

A few years ago, I bought a Linksys BEFW11S4 WAP/Router. After doing some research on wondering why multiple people on my network could not play online games simultaneously, I found out that Linksys' support of NAT was virtually non-existent. I went out and bought a cheap DLink DI-604 to serve as my router and the Linksys pulled it's weight as a WAP. After a few years, I can't help but think that Linksys has fixed their problems, and I'm looking to buy a new WAP/Router. I've seen the reviews for DLink's DGL-4300, and I'm leaning towards buying it. Is there a better WAP/Router? I don't want to pay $100+ again on a WAP/Router only to have to replace it with a cheapo $30 router.
