Wireless router problems

My wireless router randomly disconnects me from the internet. To reconnect i have to compleatly reset my router and then it will work agein. Although it is not long befor the problem repeats. I read somewere that changing the wait time or something could fix this problem, but im not sure how to do that. The router is a Linksys Wireless Access Point, model BEFW11S4. Any help with this problem would be very helpful. Thanks alot

I have the same problem with my Compaq wireless router (model CP-2W). I resorted to using my wired Linksys 4 port for routing functions, and using the Compaq as an access point. It works that way, but it's frustrating that the Compaq won't correctly function as a router (with the most recent firmware).
