Wireless Router networks

I have a Netgear wireless router, to which two PCs are hard wired, forming a network.

I also have a laptop which connects to the router wirelessly.

Can the laptop from the wireless network, access the PCs on the wired network, as both networks run throught the same router?

Sure, as long as all computers have file and print sharing enabled and are part of the same workgroup.
