if you have a BESFR41 like i do you will have to email linksys support and tell them when kind of router you have and that you have connection problems. i had a case open for a month now with thm and 'finally getting a rma. they tried everything not to have me rma the router but i finally can seeing that they opened up and finaly found the problem, but wont let me know hat it is (go figure).
