Wireless Remotes for OSX?

You can use the original Apple remote with a USB IR adapter. My friend has one, I'll ask him the brand name and model if you'd like.

I have a Keyspan USB RF Remote for Front Row:

It's nice. It has rubber buttons and is larger and flat so that it's easier to hold. Plus it has a dedicated Eject button. Also, it's RF instead of IR, so you don't need line of sight (and it works further away, so if you want to change songs in iTunes or the volume or whatever, you can).

You can also use a Wiimote:

There are plenty of other remotes that work as well, including some of the larger media center remotes.
