Wireless Provider

I'm going to be going to college soon, and my current plan from US Cellular won't work in Colorado (currently in Iowa). Anyone know if getting a National plan is the best idea? I am also a pilot so having that plan isn't a bad idea either. I'm open to any service provider as long as they are reliable and have a good service.

The other BIG part is I want to know whats the best phone I can get with a plan that makes it dirt cheap. Motorolla has always caught my eye for their phones, but I really don't know much in this department. Any suggestions?

Motorola 815 for free with 2 year commitment through Verizon. $40/month for 450 min, unlimited nights and weekends and unlimited "IN" calling.

I can't seem to find the 815 for free with the 2 year commitment.

Can you provide a link?

Also any other phones recommended or this is probably the top?

Damn, I wish you could add another phone for $9.99 to that plan. That would mean two phones for $50 a month. Better than the $71 we pay now.
