i just installed a belkin wireless access point. it is connected to my netgear dsl router through a cat5 cable. then i installed a belkin wireless pci card in my computer. for the first couple days i could use the internet on the computer and everything was fine. then all of a sudden the computer started disconnecting from the network and couldnt access internet. it would eventually come back online, but it would take a while. now it doesnt connect anymore. i tried troubleshooting and messing with options but to no avail. when i scan for other signals i see that there is more than just my belkin signal. it picks up a linksys signal and another encrypted signal called kameko.net. ok so does anyone have any suggestions?

possible intereference. Not sure your card would be supported but netstumbler is a free download and if your card does work with it, it will give you some valuable information as to the other radio traffic in your space. Saving that, just play around with your AP's channel selection and see if that helps. Sounds like classic interference problems, though it could also be a driver or firmware resolution as well.
