Hi all,

The internet connection for this laptop is sporatic not logging onto the internet. I have no problems logging into my Linksys wrt54G router home network but would get an access to "Local" only for internet access.

Only when I unplug my wrt54g router and replug it back in does the connection show up. This may be a coincidence but I am wondering what is the cause for this.

I have no problems connecting on my home computer that uses the wusb54g device.

Help appreciated.

I take it your router is configured properly? Is the wireless card set to get the DNS server info from the router?

I'd say try posting in the networking subforum (or ask a mod to move this thread there) as it is more likely that someone more qualified to answer your question would see it.
