Wireless printer recommendation needed

Im looking to get a wireless printer...going from wired to wireless.

Desktop is running XP, laptop will be running Vista...we have a 3in1 printer right now, would like the same capabilities.

Any advice on maybe a diamond in the rough before I go scrounging through newegg and tigerdirect?
 
actually scrath this (dont see a thread delete option). I think I can share my existing printer through my wired desktop.
