Wireless PC "move and click" remote

I am looking for a basic remote.. something really cheap. Just maybe 2 buttons (one for right clicking, one for left clicking) and then the d-pad to move it around the PC. Basically what I want this for is a "remote" when I am watching DVDs on the PC so I don't have to get up everytime I want to stop it/turn it on.
 
I'd recommend something from Gyration.. Basically, you move the cursor around by turning your wrist. It takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it it's a piece of cake.

I've seen these mice (and sometimes even mice / keyboard combos) for as little as $40 or $50 from TigerDirect, Woot, etc.
