Wireless PC Card not working, after installing 2Wire HomePort for testing

Hey Everyone,

So my friend just received a 2Wire HomePort for his Yahoo SBC DSL account. To test it out, I installed it via USB to my laptop and set-up his Yahoo SBC DSL account.

Now, at home, I realize that my wireless pc card does not work. It works fine, but it cannot find any wireless connection - no SSID found. I reinstalled drivers, tried out other wireless networks, switched between my D-LINK AirPlus and my Adaptec AWN-8030 PC card, but neither of them works.

My guess is that somehow 2Wire has screwed up my Registry or some settings. I uninstalled all of the 2wire software, but to no avail.

Can anyone please help me?

Thank You,

Daniel
