OK, I'm looking for some wireless, rechargable headphones with noise cancelling. I've pretty much narrowed it down to these two, and I'd like you opinions on both of them. If you absolutely must suggest an alternative, do, but remember it must have all these features and be ~$200. Links below.

Also, if in your experience you've found that wireless headphones really suck, please recommend some wired phones with noise cancelling that can be toggled on and off so I can listen to music without going through batteries if I don't need the noise cancelling.
