I just got a netgear wireless 802.11b router and have my wired network running.. Pretty smooth installation.. As far as wireless goes, is it really just setting the SSID and WEP? The manual has only 2 paragraphs on the wireless configuration- I hope it's that easy (by the way, I'd try trial and error but I don't have my wireless cards yet - waiting for belkin to ship the damn things!)
 
Be sure to research securing your WLAN.

Not broadcasting your SSID is probably the easiest (although not safest) way to do so.

Personally, I would set up a firewall and some kind of MAC address filtering.
