ok, as for my previous post about the asus A8V deluxe...well RMA time to say the least. But now i have a new problem. Asus let me keep their wireless 802.11G wireless card and i just happened to buy a netgear MR814 v2 a few days ago. Strange things have happened since i tried setting it up. My wireless card does not detect any signs of the netgear router *UNLESS* i switch it into Access Point mode, but then when it tries to autoconfigure the IP for the asus card, it suddenly stops and i have Quote:"Little or no connectivity". Tried calling netgear...their about as helpful as ASUS.
A few comments: The card is in definate range, i get a "Very good" signal when in access point mode but no ip is configured, and yes obviously i enabled auto configure ip address for windows.
