Wireless network, one modem, one antenna...

I am connected to a wireless network, but I do not have a modem. My neighbor and I share a connection (long story)... is there anyway I can connect multiple computers through one "bridge" connection in my house... I have a 12db antenna, but can only hookup one computer at a time? can I use the antenna to hook up a bridge so other computers can access the connection through the bridge? I hope that makes sense? thanks for the help!
