dear fellow forum memebrs

here is the network set up, I am able to share internet connection, but for some reason I can't access printer or server. even though I can access internet just fine. what did I do wrong. Please help 🙂

I can only help you if I see how you have your IP addressing setup. Make sure all of your LAN components are in the same broadcast domain.

I am sorry I don't have enough information at this moment because I am setting it up for my friend.

by ip addressing you mean (subnet, gateway... etc)

Here is what happened. Wired network was working just fine, but when I added the wireless router to PC1 and changed the preset to automatic (I moved over all the ip, subnet, gateway, DHP settings from PC1 to WAP) it file & printer sharing stopped working. Is it something to do with the router settings? or do I need to change something on the server.

Can you tell me where do I look first to figuire out what is the problem?
