I'm probably revealing my age with this post, but here it goes nonetheless:
When the room is relatively quiet, I hear a high-pitched beeping whenever I use my Microsoft Standard Wireless Optical Mouse. It seems I'm picking up on the radio communication waves between the mouse and the receiver, as I hear one beep when clicking one of the buttons, and a seemingly continuous beep when I'm moving the mouse.
Unless I have mutant powers (everyone has long furry ears, right?), it's obvious Microsoft isn't using a high-frequency for mouse-receiver communication.
I have a few questions then:
[*]Does anyone else with a (Standard) Microsoft Wireless Mouse notice this?
[*]Does anyone with another brand (esp. Logitech) notice this?
