Wireless Mice for a mac mini

I picked up a mac mini and the apple wireless keyboard with it. Since the mighty mouse had bad reviews, I decided to skip it and bought my friend's logitech G7. I love this mouse when it works, but that is rare. It freezes intermittently (even in my PC) and is making my life miserable. I need a really good wireless mouse that will not freeze up on me and will work reliably on a mac. It would be a bonus if this is a gaming mouse that I can use in my PC. Any ideas?

Do you know if this mice has any issues like the G7? I found that the problem with G7 was the intereference with my wifi router - airport extreme operating at 2.4 GHz. I don't wanna buy the VX rev and find the same problem again. Thanks for the info.

I never had any issues with my VX and I have used it in almost every possible combination of interference... ok, not every possible obviously.. but many varied situations.

I have a VX and I've setup a number of them for family and friends. They are flawless. The only dumb part is the scroll button, which is awkwardly placed and doesn't work very well. I never use it anyway. But it has:

1. Laser
2. RF wireless (no interference)
3. Side-tilt scrollwheel
4. Adjust scrollwheel gear (free spinning or clicky)
5. Forward & back buttons
6. Right and left click
7. Mousewheel click
8. Button below mousewheel
9. Fingertip design (vs. palm design) - doesn't hurt my wrist over time

I use SteerMouse ($20) for Mac to program the buttons. I have the forward/back buttons programmed to do just that, while the button below the mousewheel activates Expose so I can choose a different window quickly. I have the side-tilt buttons on the mousewheel programmed to Home/End so that I can navigate documents and webpages quickly.
