wireless keypad for shortcuts?

is there a fully programmable wireless keypad for shortcuts?
suppose key 1 is control+s to save in Word
then in Excel i can program key 1 to control+q to quit. etc...
hoping theres something wireless with at max 10 programmable hotkeys.
i used to use AutoHotkeys, to take advantage of the Function keys. but now my kb doesnt have those F anymore.
