I'm looking to add the freedom of a wireless keyboard to my desk space but I was wanted to know what you guys use. I use a Logitech MX510 mouse right now and I really like it, but all of these wireless desktops come in combos. I'm a little leary about wireless mice because of the lag issue, especially in games. I must say that I don't game very often but when I do, I don't want a ton of lag. I'm kind of torn because I like the comfort of Microsoft Keyboards but I hear bad things about their wireless mice. Logitech has decent mice and their keyboards are OK. I was looking at the Logitech MX3000 Duo but I wasn't sure. I wish they didn't have so many frickin' buttons in general. I don't need all that fancy stuff :p Help is appreciated!

Thanks all.

I use the Logitech mx Duo, kit would like to upgrade to the MX1000 but not sure if i want to. i don't find a problem with the lag in BF2 so im not sure what lag you would be speaking of. If you are worried about it then you could get the G7 or G5.

The microsoft wireless desktop elite keyboard has extremely bad range, but it is a nice keyboard. I basically use it as a keyboard without the cables rather then a wireless keyboard... BTW it was a gift, so I didn't complain, and it was better then what I had, and worked for what I use it for.

I have an old (at least 3 years) MS wireless mouse that works great. I've never tested it in games, but that's mostly because I prefer my trackball anyhow. I find it comforatable and it works well (even attached to the Linux box). I want to get the logitech MX50000 but I reall am not sure, I am so used to my MS trackball Explorer, and I love it, that I'm not sure I want to give it up. As far as games, I don't think most recent wireless mice have a lag, but if whatever one you chose does, it's not that hard to plug in another USB mouse to game with. Just a thought!

i have the microsoft wireless desktop elite for bluetooth keyboard. man, it works awesome! got it for 60 bucks at amazon.com (AT hot deal). the range is excellent and the keyboard and mouse both feel nice. plus, it has a "lifetime" warranty. ive seen/read/heard stories of people just asking for a replacement of one item and they get the whole set!

Crap I just ordered a Logitech Cordless Desktop (EX110) keyboard and mouse as fs made is seem very cheap. Have a feeling I will now be disapointed. Sort of thought they were all pretty good, like the wired ones.
