i dont think anyone in NYC is nuts enough to do it

too many tall buildings causing interference in manhattan. of course the outer boroughs...

anyway, i have not heard of any plans.

and even then, its going to be epensive.
 
uhh veriozon has something set up for 60 bucks and its 3 times faster then dial up.

there must be other s*** out there.
