Wireless Is Dial-Up Slow

I've tried two different wireless routers at this location, but they both have major speed problems with wireless connections. The Internet is getting 15Mbps down/2Mbps up speeds in bandwidth tests, so I know the Internet is working fine.

The wireless clients will connect with all 5 bars and an "Excellent" connection, but they're still slow. It doesn't matter how close the laptops are to the router.

The location does have 6 nearby wireless networks. 3 of them are actually getting Excellent signals. My first guess would be that all of those wireless networks are interfering with this one, but it used to work OK.

Any ideas?

You also may find a 2.4ghz security system / phone / baby monitor etc wrecking the spectrum. Try changing the channel.
