Wireless Internet with winCE recommendations/thoughts?

I have an Ipaq 3630 since last Spetember that I have not used at all. I am going to get wireless internet for it and finally get some use out of it. I was looking at Omnisky with there deal now to get teh PC card slot, modem and one year service for $699. Anyone use them or have thoughts or recommendations of any other service? Any advice would be appreciated.

If you have Richochet in your area, then that would be best. Otherwise, your current plan is fine.
