Wireless internet with VOIP

I have one quick question. When I go away I always bring my laptop with me since most hotel offer internet now, wireless internet to be precise. If I want to bring my VOIP box with me how am I going to connect it to my box ? Is there some kind of adapter that I can convert the wireless to normal RJ45 jack ?
