Quick question with respect to wireless internet service. Bad weather adversly affects the connection, but my question is does say a heavey rain storm totally break the connection, or just decrease available bandwidth? The scenario I am looking at does not require good bandwidth or latency, but does require a constant connection, so this is very important.

Some equipment increases its power in bad weather to improve connectivity, but...
 
Your question is too general; it depends where is the source in relation to the receiving system?
