Wireless Interference

I've got a Logitech mx anywhere mouse that occasionally will "skip", typical of wireless interference. it's not so bad and doesn't usually act up, but occasionally will. My k320 keyboard has some occasional lag too, they are both on a logitech unifying receiver.

Now, the real problem is I just got a logitech v450 wireless mouse, went to use it, and the lag is unbearable. It just skips constantly.

I doubt I have 3 faulty, fairly new logitech products, and I'm thinking there must be some sort of wireless interference in my room, where all the products are.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? Here is a list of all my wireless devices.

2.4ghz router
2.4ghz mouse, keyboard, and v450 mouse
2 cell phones, verizon
xbox and a few xbox 360 controllers, turned off 99% of the time
various remotes for tv, patriot box office
wii with wiimotes, off 99% of the time

can't think of anything else right now, all in a small room.
