Wireless inline volume control?

I have a 2.1 speaker set that I really like (Logitech z623), and I'd like to connect it to a TV that only has a fixed-level audio output. Is there a such thing as a standalone wireless volume control to attach between my TV and speakers (for maybe $20 or less)?

For inputs, I can work with 3.5 mm stereo, RCA, S/PDIF, and TOSLINK (or HDMI if I can daisy-chain the picture back to the TV).
For outputs, I can work with 3.5 mm stereo or RCA

I didn't know my TV was fixed-output until I bought these speakers. (The most frustrating thing is that I found another set in the store that had a wireless remote, but they had an inferior sound.)

Thanks.

I was going to say yes - until I saw $20. Oops.

Do you have an extra receiver? You can use it to pass-through with volume control, and most of them have remotes.
