Wireless in Vegas

So a bunch of my co-workers and I are going to Vegas for a few days. Our airline deal was significantly better if we went from Thursday night to Monday morning, but we all have work to do on friday as well. Our plan is to bring our laptops and work on friday morning for a few hours. The question is ... where can we get fast reliable access in vegas for cheap? Mandalay Bay offers a pay-per-hour service, but that can get kind of expensive. Anyone know if they offer an ethernet jack in the room (then we'll just plug in a wireless router) Thanks for any help

Well if you don't mind carrying around a wireless router I think that finding a high class broadband hotel in Vegas should be no problem. Otherwise you could try using Intel's HotSpot finderto see all 123 available HotSpots.

Just log into the room's broadband with one of your laptops first and accept the agreement/TOS and billing.

Disconnect and then clone the laptop's MAC address to the router and it will work just fine.

Do it all the time.
