The little transmitters designed for in-car audio from an iPod to the car radio don't cut it. She would like a way to listen to internet radio stations on her PC and listen to it several rooms away, easily. I can't seem to find USR 'soundlinks' anywhere, and the nifty Wi-Fi solutions are too pricy.
Now, although this is in the same price range as those wi-fi "audio stations", it has potential. Of course, I'd probably also be illegally operating a pirate radio station.
