Wireless headset for telephone

Are there any easy/cheap solutions for replacing a normal headset with a wireless headset, or do they have to be all in one units?

Phone at work, its just a plain old 2 line phone with buttons and a handset, which ive replaced with a headset, which I keep getting it tangled
