My G400 was having disconnecting problems, so I bought a G400S, after 6 months the same issues arose. I tried using the deathadder and the sensei but they felt wrong to my hand. I went back to using my 12 year old MX500, but it's too slow for me, my MX518's(1600 and 1800 DPI) are dead. I love the G400's shape so much. Are there any mice with the same shape as the MX500/MX518/G400 but wireless? Doesn't matter what manufacturer as long as it's reliable.

Thank you.

The sensor location, balance, and weight all depend on there being sufficient empty space. A wireless mouse with a similar shell will need some place for the battery, at the very least, which generally would mean moving the sensor, and shifting the balance. I doubt one will get made.

Do you have the mice in a location that makes the cord pull on something a lot? My old ones have button issues, but none of them have ever had cord problems. The cord can probably be repaired, in any case.

i doubt you are going to find better than a g400s. also, if two of the mice (and different models too) had probelms, it might not be the mouse.

give it to your friend for a couple weeks and see if it does the same to him.
