Wireless G setup Wizzard in XP vs 2k

I have a wireless G card with XP. Whenever I start the setup wizzard, it immediately closes. I dont know why. A couple of hours before, when I had win2k, the wizzard was working perfectly fine and I got great wireless connection. Linksys wireless G PCI card. I am guessing its something in XP that closes the wizzard every time it starts. Any idea what? Or what I can do to disable it? Thanks in advance.
