Ok...so we got Comcast w/ their netgear router/modem combo and the wireless for all computers drops off quite a bit. It seems like mine drops off more than the others though, as the other day I was downloading a demo on the ps3, came over here to work a bit...and my wireless is gone...assumed it was the router, but...nope, the ps3 is still going. So I restart as usual, and it comes back on with no issue. For awhile I thought it was just my NA that was causing this, but...seems like all 3 wireless devices in the house do it (not counting the ps3, its not on enough).
Should I just get a comcast modem and a new router or both new modem and router?
I don't know about the router combo, like...if I just buy a new router, do that disable the built in routing? (no way to disable it in the options, its all comcastic).
