wireless connection problems with Verizon provided Westell Versalink

I simply cannot even "see" the wireless connection. It worked perfectly before, but DSL servers were messed up so i rebooted the router. Now i can't connect with my wireless connection. I have a Dell 1300 b/g mini-pci card installed. I have the router set up with mac address filtering and WEP. They are both the same kind of authentication, i tried rebooting the router 5 times, each time waiting for at least 30 seconds before powering back on...no luck.

Any suggestions?
