Wireless connect dead on WRT54G

I'm having a issue with my wireless network, I've reseted it and tried making a new network but it's a no go.

My Macbook in Windows XP Pro is stuck on this, a iTouch can't connect to the network, and a laptop I'm fixing is also stuck on the acquiring network address.

Any ideas?
