Wireless Card Problem

So, when i was building my pc about a year ago, stupid me didn't think about the consequences of a micro motherboard. So, it works fine and everything, but i have a pci wireless card. It's in the only open pci slot on my motherboard, because my radeon hd 6850 covers one of them and is very close to the slot the pci wireless card is in. So when i game online, my video card heats up which leads to my wireless card heating up over time, and causing me to dc. Now i've been trying to find the best way to fix this problem. I thought the best way would to be to buy a case fan or buy a new usb network adapter. What do you all think? How should i fix this?

tl;dr Wireless card overheating due to being too close to video card, should i buy a case fan, get a usb wireless adapter, or what?
