My Netgear MA401 card has the error message "Unable to communicate with device driver"

Anybody know how I can fix this? Thanks.
 
Err, update the driver (may have to use another computer to get driver). Is this a new problem that just creeped up. If so, did you change something? If so how about System Restore.

I guess we could use more details about your sustem, changes you have made, etc...
