Wireless, can't auth to domain

When I reboot the laptop, why can I not auth to a domain? When I log on with a cached account (on WXP), I can log on and connect to the network. When I try to log on with a new account, it can't talk to the AP?

What am I doing wrong??

WPA is enabled, SSID broadcasting is disabled. I have the settings setup in Windows. How do I set to to auto connect?
