Wireless Broadband Router question

My PC uses a wireless internet provider 100Mbps. In line from the wireless antenna, I have a LinkSys 2.4 GHz Wireless Broadband Router WRT 54G V8 that services my wife's laptop. I would like to take advantage of this wireless router for my PC. My fairly old PC has an ASUS main board that has a slot for an ASUS specific WiFi module that operates in the 2.4GHz band.
Does it appear that I would be OK in getting this WiFi module?

It should, but do not pay more than $20-$30 for it. You get a regular Wireless Card for less than $20.
