I'm using this router/wireless AP: http://www.zdnet.com/supercenter/stories/overview/0,12069,561914,00.html
I'm using DHCP and the default settings, and I can browse the net, download files, and get on AIM and MSN. Problem is, the firewall won't let things like Kazaa Lite and mIRC access the internet. How can I set it up to allow them? The web config for the AP has a program control page, which lets me specify a trigger port and an external port, but not the name of an .exe or anything.

How can I set this up so I can use these other programs?

The AP part of your device has nothing to do with opening ports. I don't have any experience with D-Link hardware but all SOHO routers have the ability to open ports to allow you to punch holes in your firewall to let apps in based on which TCP or UDP port they use. Find out what ports the apps use and open that port or those ranges on your router.
