So i have a usb wireless adapter, disconnects quite often, sometimes constantly. I'd like a new one, i want something fast enough to get good speeds on like tf2, but i don't need anything over the top. And pci wireless cards may not fit because of the size of my video card. Thanks. (disconnected twice in the making of this thread)

Random wireless disconnects are more likely to be interference than a failing adapter, so unless you have actually done some testing to confirm that the adapter is bad, I recommend you take a look at the Wifi Problems? Start here sticky post at the top of this forum. It goes through the steps to narrow down what is actually wrong with your connection.

That really didnt help much, network stumbler didnt even support my wireless adapter, so i can't do half of the things it tells you to. I cant help it that i have a ton of wireless interference, only 2-3 connections pop up when i try to connect something, but my pc, my brothers laptop, my laptop, and 2 ipods are all connected, i really cant help that..

So why do you expect a different wireless adapter to make the interference go away?

Honestly, i just turned my router on and off, and it seemed to solve the problem. I guess it just hasn't been reset in a while, didn't know the solution was that easy.. Working flawlessly now. Really don't understand what happened, but im not complaining.
