I've got a printer that connects via usb but not wirelessly. Does someone sell a wireless adapter that plugs into the back of, for example, a printer, where the usb cable goes, that communicates to a partner usb receiver that's plugged into usb slot, so the wired device can now connect wirelessly instead?
It would replace the need for this:

Or perhaps the best way to go is plug the printer in a router's usb port that's configured as an extender?
