Wireless Adapter Requirements ?

I purchased a Linksys WPC54G wireless adpater for an old laptop. When I got ready to install it I noticed the Minimum Requiremnets stated a 300 MHz or faster processor and minimum of 128 MB of RAM. Does anyone know if this card will work on a 133MHz processor and 64 MB of RAM but maybe not as effieciently as it should. I can't take it back since I already cut the UPC off for a rebate.
 
It might or might not.

However it is not the minimum requirement that might be a problem.

Some of the newer PCMCIA would not work with an old PCMCIA.

Try, if it does not work, you might need to go to eBay and find an old 16bit Wireless PCMCIA (There are 16bit Proxim WALN still floating around).
